NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS Please Respond to the VOTE if you are planning to attend Vote To Be Held Wednesday, March 24, 2010
The annual meeting of members of MEADOWBROOK HILLS-WOODS-FOREST HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION will be held at The Finnish Cultural Center and Hall located at 35200 W. 8 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48335 on Wednesday, March 24, at 7:00 PM, for the following purposes:
1. To act upon a proposal to amend the bylaws of the Association to provide procedures for the use of funds received by the Association for improvements, upkeep and maintenance of the Association properties, fixtures or structures. 2. To act upon a proposal to amend the bylaws of the Association concerning procedures to allow for the Board of Directors to change the amount of annual membership dues. 3.
